Rebrand and update of marketing material for Irish National Stud
One of the leading stud farms in Europe, the Irish National Stud is home to perennial Champion Sire, Invincible Spirit. It is also famed for its Stud Management Course, from which many of today’s industry leaders have graduated. Under the guidance of a new CEO, the stud underwent a review of its position within the industry.
The Rebrand Process
The stud required a rebranding exercise to freshen up its look, feel and position within the market. Working closely with their team, we kicked off the process by looking at their long-established logo which was renowned throughout the thoroughbred world. After much consideration, it was agreed that the logo should remain, but would benefit from a little remedial work.
Focusing on enhancing the established identity, our designer blended it with a vibrant splash of colour and a tweak of font to add Irish energy, yet maintain the enduring qualities associated with the brand.
With the stud’s promotional material, we have embraced the farm’s rich 100-year history, shooting high quality photography and video, focusing heavily on the power of the stallions, resulting in a profound and unique appearance.
INS are dynamic and forward thinking and we were able to execute a successful marketing roll-out across both print and digital platforms, culminating in a high-profile launch at Goffs Orby Sale. Launching stallions is always exciting and with the onset of enhanced options in digital, we’ll continue to push the boundaries of innovation, using creative and compelling content.
